My agency has an arm specifically dedicated to selling shared ownership homes, which requires a very different approach. More administrative that sales.

Shared ownership is fantastic.
Problem is many people do not understand it. Also when it comes time to sell the group attached to the properties are sometimes not the easiest to deal with and give poor or wrong information.
