An experienced Property Lister / Valuer is required to work for an established multi branch independent estate agency dealing with residential property sales based in the Southampton area of Hampshire.As a Property Lister you will be responsible for generating the property portfolio building relationships and networking in order to increase business levels and office profit. You will be used to working to set targets and be an excellent self starter and self manager. You will have a clear understanding of what it takes to generate new business to build trust and forge relationships with clients and ensure that you are the first port of call for selling their property.The ideal candidate for this role will be well presented articulate possess excellent problem solving skills and be a master negotiator. Confident personable and motivated are naturally part of your character as a successful property lister / valuer.Previous experience in a similar role is essential as you must be able to hit the ground running in this role.A full UK driving license is essential.
