Negotiator - Sales

A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding sales team based out of a central Manchester office.The successful candidate will have ideally have experience in progressing and closing sales preferably within the residential or commercial property industry. The company has experience in securing property investments with up to 30% discounts from market valuations and 7%+ yields which include resale/ repossession pre-auction distressed property student houses and overseas properties. The sales role we are looking to fill will involve building relationships with investors and selling to a rapidly growing database.The suitable candidate will be energetic a proven sales professional with excellent client facing skills who works well in a target driven environment. You will be a proactive self starter with a sharp business brain and possess an assertive yet persuasive style with proven experience of project-management. Your business ethics will be beyond reproach.
