A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated and competent Sales and Lettings Manager to join a successful independent Estate Agency in South-West London. Our client is looking for an individual with drive and ambition who can take on the Branch and make it their own whilst taking responsibility for the profitability of the office.As expected of such a role the successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties:-Maintain current client relationships-Managing and improving office functions to maximise efficiency-Canvassing for new business using effective marketing tools to attract vendors & buyers-Carrying out property valuations-Following through from offer stage to agreement and to legal completion-Maintaining communication with vendors buyers lenders and solicitors- Hitting monthly office targets-Contributing to the continued success of the sales and lettings department and the office as a wholeApplicants should have Estate agency and Lettings management experience and good knowledge of South-West London Market exceptional negotiation and communication skills as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership qualities are essential as well as the ability to drive motivate others.A professional work ethic good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.
