A fantastic opportunity has arisen with for an experienced Lettings Manager with new build off plan experience for a new development in Liverpool City CentreThe Role:* Drive revenue by bringing in new residents/tenants* maintain maximum occupancy rates of apartments and parking spaces* Deliver exceptional customer service* Work to achieve marketing goals* Create a viable and effective action plan to achieve marketing goals* Respond to telephone email and other communications from potential tenants in a timely manner* Promote the building services and values* Perform viewing tours* Promote additional services to generate maximum income* Prepare tenancy documents for move -in Prepare reports and submit them to the Building Manager* Report to Building ManagerThe Person:* Self Starter who is self motivated to achieve and exceed targets* Housing Legislation knowledge* Exceptional interpersonal presentation and customer service skills* Previous Lettings experience in a cold start environmentFor further details and to express your interest please contact Lorraine Clarkeemail: Lorraine.clarke@amrgroup.co.ukmobile: 07963551975All enquiries will be held in the strictest confidentiality.
