Long established and highly respected local independent multi office estate agents are actively looking to expand their sales team. They are looking for highly motivated Sales Negotiators who are ambitious keen to develop their skills and who would be totally committed working for a friendly and professional firm.Our client is looking for Sales Negotiators who:-• To work as a team 
• To understand the company values and implement them positively each day 
• To attract vendors and applicants 
• To sell properties & additional services at the agreed targets 
• Always ensure high quality customer care at all times 
• Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards • Generate listing opportunities and instructions
Generate viewings and offers
• Undertake valuation appointments to agreed company standards • Ensure property and marketing details comply with industry standards • Negotiate offers to agreed deals • Achieve personal and individual activity targets
• Generate listing opportunities
• Carry out effective marketing reviews to company standards
• Collate own and daily weekly and monthly figures to highlight performance Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan • Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards Who would this role be suitable for:• Anyone with a track record as a negotiator in estate agency (ideally)• Has previous sales experience• Applicants must have very high standards of presentation both written and verbal skills. Be iT literate and confident• Must be car driver with clean licence
