Currently there is a fantastic opportunity at their extremely busy and profitable Plumstead office for an experienced Sales Negotiator.If you have worked recently as a sales negotiator but feel that your having exceeded targets and contributed to the grow of the office you are not receiving the recognition you deserve then this could be a great opportunity for you.With genuine career development leading to Assistant Manager and leading ultimately to a manager’s position applications from experienced Negotiators who:• Can effectively & successful list value properties• Have a high success rate at closing sales and sales progression• Maintain high levels and regular levels of customers service and client expectation• Exceed targets and work as a team• Is confident selling peripheral services such as conveyancing and mortgage appointmentsIn Return the successful application will:• Receive an excellent basic salary• Highly competitive and incentivized commission package• Have a guaranteed basic for the first three months• Car allowance• There are also excellent prizes & incentives in place
