INVENTORY CLERK CHELMSFORDIdeally candidates will have previous experience of some kind within Residential Lettings but we will consider others who have very strong Admin skills experience of dealing with customers face to face and who are strong enough to deal with occasional disputes between landlords and tenants. The successful individual will be preparing detailed Inventories (Condition Reports) conduct routine inspections and check outs upon expiry of a tenancy and negotiating any deposit disputes.Very varied and challenging role. Primarily Monday Friday 8.30am 6.00pm with occasional Saturdays (where worked a day off in the week will be taken). Basic circa £18000/£19000p/a plus car allowance and bonuses. Realistic OTE £22000.
