Looking for a Sales Manager to work alongside and support the Branch Manager the ideal candidate willl be expected to take responsibility for the success of the office in the Managers absence by leading and motivating the team to achieve set targets and objectives within agreed time frames.An experienced Valuer you will be responsible for winning new instructions and will have the ability to go out into the market and make it happen. The successful candidate will be dynamic hungry and happy to work on own initiative. A proven track record in Estate agency sales at Assistant Manager/Valuer level and some previous managerial experience within a successful agency are essential.
