A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ARLA qualified Letting Manager with one of Epsom’s leading and most established estate agents. As Letting Manager this role is ideally suited to a dynamic & Charismatic individual who has a flare for generating new business promoting the brand and an effecting man manager. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a high degree of success in exceeding targets with a stable track record & career to date.Duties and tasks for this Letting Manager role include:• Winning new business & taking on new instructions• Marketing & Canvassing inc. leaflet drops• Managing on a day to day basis 3 staff• Hitting weekly monthly & annual targets• Maintaining extemporary standards of quality control on all documentation/admin• Letting Advertising and online banner adverts• Have a excellent knowledge of current letting regulations & legislationIn return:• You will work a five day week (including alternative Saturdays)• Have a very competitive basic salary• Generous commission structure with rewards success• Car allowance• Must be ARLA qualifiedWith the ideal candidate living in or around Epsom this is a highly sought after position
