A quality Estate Agent in Warwickshire as seeking an internal Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. My client is seeking a candidate with a minimum 5 years+ experience in Estate Agency to work from their Warwickshire offices. You will also need to travel across the UK to attend recruitment evenings and open days. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a thriving Estate Agency who is eager to find a candidate to recruit staff for their overseas office. The role of the Recruitment Consultant is responsible for advertising searching and interviewing potential candidates for positions overseas. They will be responsible for arranging candidate open days across the country qualifying potential applicants attending first interviews in person or by phone/skype qualifying from Coventry/Leamington Spa offices. The role is designed to be first point of contact prior to second stage interview with senior management.
