A great opportunity to join a well established Independent firm in Bristol as a Lettings Manager. Our client are a well established Estate Agency and Lettings business and are looing for an experienced candidate to help to grow the Lettings portfolio. Responsibilities of the role will include: – Generating new business- Winning new instructions- Attending viewings- Dealing with maintenance issues- Liaising with contractors landlords and tenants. The Company currently manage approximately 100 properties and are looking to grow the managed portfolio.
