Position Overview
This role requires you to be organised, enthusiastic and self motivated. Working to exceed pre
agreed targets you proactively serve the public who seek to rent, let, or buy a home. As a
representative of the company you take pride in all that you do and contribute to the overall
success of the office by being a role model for others to follow.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
– Update and maintain accurate records of all
customer correspondence
– Update and maintain accurate records of all
available properties on all available platforms
– Achieve or exceed any targets given to you by your
line manager
– Responding to customer enquiries and concerns in
person, over the phone, and electronically
– To recommend all available properties and promote
Open Homes at every opportunity
– Ensure all phone calls and messages are fielded or
responded to in a timely manner
– Attend regular team meetings with all office
personnel
– To provide the public with up to date sales
particulars and lettings lists when appropriate
– Monitor and regulate prospective purchasers, or
prospective tenant files – including overseeing colleagues’ files when required
– Keep up to date with trends in the local residential
property market
– To ensure property window displays are up to date
and accurate at all times
– Report any complaints or concerns to your line
manager
– Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
– Report any IT problems or telephone issues
– Order and maintain appropriate stock levels of all
relevant marketing materials
– Registration of Internet, walk-in, and overflow
telephone leads in database
– Maintain company property to a high standard at all
times
– Open and close the office as required
– Coaching the development of junior members of
staff
– Leading team meetings
– Any other reasonable duties as allocated to you by your superiors
Skills & Experience
Required:
– Competent literacy and numeracy skills
– Computer literate
– Minimum 2 years industry experience
Desired:
– University degree
