We have a fantastic opportunity for an Area Lettings Manager to help us shape and grow our business across Kent. With our solid and impressive reputation and county-wide brand presence the sky really is the limit!

This role is very much around developing the front-end lettings side of our business and supported by a dedicated property management team. This allows your expertise and time to be best spent as part of this exciting new expansion plan.

You will be responsible for the motivation, coaching and management of your team maximizing performance by conducting regular feedback sessions and ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

Excellent communication is key and the ideal candidate will possess good leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial flair.

Previous lettings experience at management level (preferably with multi-location responsibility) and ARLA technical award is essential.
