An amazing opportunity has come up to join a leading South West London property agency as their Sales Branch Manager. This role will involve managing their Wimbledon office. Candidates must have proven, past experience as a senior negotiator or existing manager in the property industry.
My client is a 10 office independent which turns over 30m+ per annum. They have a very strong position in the property market due to their success over recent years. Their professionalism and knowledge of the residential market can been seen through their strong relationships with their clients.
The ideal individual would have:
– Lead a sales team
– 5 year’s experience in residential sales (manager level)
– The ability to organise and keep up to date with their team
– Strong communication skills
– The ability to represent their brand and firm in a positive light
– Excellent time management skills
– A customer focused attitude towards working in property
– Good organisational and leadership skills
– A motivated attitude
Package:
– Salary – £25,000- £30,000
– Commission with an OTE of £60,000-75,000
– Company car/Car Allowance
