Our client is a successful and expanding estate agents based in Buckinghamshire and seeks a PROPERTY MANAGER to join their team well established property management team.
ARLA qualifications along with a knowledge of residential lettings is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have previous property management experience and the role will involve the following:
– Checking new tenants into properties
– Solving any maintenance issues
– Preparing detailed inventories
– Taking gas, electricity and water meter readings
– Carrying out property inspections
As well as the above, you will be maintaining strong client relationships and welcoming customers into the office.
Full UK driving license and own car is essential.
