Zoopla is on the move to new head offices next to Tower Bridge on London’s south bank.
The new ZPG headquarters will comprise a single 44,000 sq ft self-contained building which was the former Cooperage House to the Courage Yard Brewery.
It is undergoing a complete renovation, due to be completed by the summer, to highlight much of the building’s industrial past.
Zoopla currently occupies three separate buildings just down the road in London SE1 as a result of its continued growth and recent acquisitions, and the office move will bring all staff together in one location later this year.
Since its launch eight years ago, ZPG has grown from a handful of employees in a single room office into a FTSE 250 business on the London Stock Exchange with over 450 employees.

Come on then, ‘Harry Hood’ – or ‘The Message’ – or any of those for that matter that have had a snidey dig at AM’s decision to locate their offices ‘down that London’…
WHERE’S YOUR JUSTIFICATION FOR THIS SWANKY NEW BASE?
Only TWO ‘Dislikes’?
Another hundred and I’ll know I’m getting a result.
Maybe I should have named more names…
Part of an old brewery? Sorry, I just have to ask: ‘Will they be able to organise a p*** up in it?’
Blimey! Imagine where Rightmove could afford to move to
