This very appealing property is listed as a rare opportunity on Rightmove (and we just hope that their listing police turn a festive blind eye to property particulars which are, well, in the spirit of Christmas rather than all those Consumer Protection Regulations).

I wasn’t I was alerting RM to the fact someone is scraping their listings and given how quickly this one had appeared it is a sophisticated process
Happy Christmas Rightmove although it will not take long for their sales service police to pounce! After all agents are not allowed to even upload their logo as a picture on their own property adverts because …it confuses the applicants! Nothing to do with the £100 pcm charge to feature your logo then!
Great stuff – but with the CPR’s, they should be aware that if it’s at the north pole, then it can only have a southerly aspect… 🙂
They are anti fun over at RM so expect this to be gone by 10 am.
On a serious note this great bit of fun shows up an automated data leak/scrape of Rightmove. If you know where to look this distinct listing appeared somewhere not outwardly affiliated to Rightmove. Normally it isn’t easily possible to spot but being so distinctive this one showed up.
