Property commentator Russell Quirk has been given a pilot Talk TV YouTube show, which aired for the first time last night.
House prices went up by 1.1% in the latest house price index from Halifax surprising many experts who had predicted prices to continue to fall. But is now the right time to buy a house or are we going to see the housing market crash?
Quirk suggests that potential buyers should not wait another moment if you can afford to buy a house as it will only cause you to lose money.
Quirk says the prophecies of doom on house prices are “downright dangerous”.
Economics and housing market expert Tejvan Pettinger brings the other side of the debate as he predicts house prices have a lot further to fall than current levels.
Quirk told EYE: “The wise owls at TalkTV Towers have asked me to run money related YouTube shows – Money Talk. I’ll be tracking money issues, investment ideas, loan and savings questions, and of course, property.”
