Keller Williams has launched the KW University, a digital learning platform to support agents across its UK-wide network.

The plans for the launch were first announced at the organisation’s Megacamp held earlier this month in Leicester Square, central London, attended by over 250 associates.

“With nearly 500 associates now in place across the UK, I am delighted to launch KW University which will provide a continuous learning environment that we know will be a game changer in how our agents learn and develop, individually and together,” said Ben Taylor, CEO of KWUK.

The platform, which features search functionality, uses gamification along with feedback and comment tools designed for the sharing of best practice.

KW University also provides a series of micro learning modules covering areas including agency basics, business development, sales skills and compliance, as well as offering a number of ‘how to’ guides.

The platform is designed to complement Keller Williams’ existing classroom training with on-demand videos and online education, supporting the organisation’s coaching programmes.

Mark Readings, KWUK regional director, commented: “The investment in this platform reflects our commitment to our agents and our desire to support them in growing their businesses.”
