On the day it announced what has generally been perceived as a very poor set of annual results Purplebricks has just announced that Paul Pindar, Non-Executive Chairman, has purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 14.76p per share.
Following this purchase, Paul Pindar and Sharon Pindar together hold 14,081,056 Shares representing 4.59% of the total issued share capital.

Always keep a look out for Directors buying shares – more often than not it means I’m going to make a few quid.
If he sells them right now he’ll have a quick 10k (less fees).
