A brand new estate agency has opened its doors in Wimbledon supported by experienced negotiators ready to take on the prime market in South West London.
Wimbledon Homes, located in Wimbledon Village, has been established by Mark Beim, who has spent the past 20 years working as a negotiator for several estate agents, including Robert Holmes, Knight Frank, Alan Briegel and Coombe Residential.
According to Beim, the company has hit the ground running, assembling a number of instructions for sale and to let.
The lettings arm of the business is being run by Lisa Gentry, formerly of Coombe Residential.
Beim said: “I’ve worked at several estate agencies over the course of my career, but I’ve always felt that the [local] industry was missing something.
“At Wimbledon Homes we will strive to the extra mile by delivering a level of personal service that surpasses that of any other agency through the passion, energy, commitment, local knowledge and experience of the team, mirrored in the quality of the homes we are marketing, throughout the entire sales and rental process.”
