And the next big thing in estate agents’ office is . . . a swing.
We have not seen such a thing as a swing in a branch before, so feel that this is an industry first by the effortlessly trendy Jamie Lester of Haus Properties in south-west London.
The ex-Apprentice contender – who styles himself Head of Haus – has just opened his third office and, like his first two, it’s a bit different.
Designed by Paul Savage, it has rustic tables, those must-have coffee machines and plenty of art.
There is also a ‘secret’ door which opens on to a jungle tunnel which leads through to a creative studio, complete with swing.
And the boardroom is a bit different, too.
Eye feels that OnTheMarket might be a bit jealous, as its offices only have a hedge (yes, honestly!) in them.
But we’ll only feature your next office, Jamie, if it has a helter skelter in it.
The new Haus office, in Shepherds Bush, is headed up by Lewis Pugh and will also house the central Haus team.

Is this what Southerners call “achingly trendy”?
I’ve heard the expression many times and always wondered what it meant.
